Who is the Helix not Recommended for?
The Helix is not recommended for stomach sleepers and people with a heavier body weight. Stomach sleepers should opt for one of Helix’s firmer models and heavier people should look at the firmer models from the Helix Luxe line or the Helix Plus.
Does the Helix Midnight have an off-gassing period?
The Helix Midnight will ship to your door compressed in a box. You will need to wait after unboxing the Helix for gasses to be released as the foam decompresses. However, all smell should dissipate in 24-72 hours.
